Grottoes Volunteer Fire Department Facilities Hall Rental

Have a budget friendly event with the GVFD Facilities Hall as your venue.   Whether you are planning a milestone birthday of any age, a baby/bridal shower, a business meeting, an intimate party, or a wedding consider our spacious and clean facility hall.  We are committed to meeting your expectations.

  • 8 ft. tables
  • Seating for 250
  • Podium with microphone and sound system
  • Restroom Accessible
  • Kitchenette (counters, ice machine, walk in refrigerator, sinks)



  • Half Day $400
  • Full day (8:00 am – 11:00 pm) $800
  • Use of Kitchen $300
  • Extra day to decorate or clean (day prior or day after event) $300 


Additional Services Available

  • Full kitchen (stoves, ovens, dishwasher, buffet steam table) for an additional and non-refundable fee.  Only available for use by a licensed caterer.
  • Overhead projector
  • Large drop down screen for presentations
  • Catering (minimum of 100)
